2. You can easily walk downtown to the Gas Lamp restaurants or the the big shopping mall - 5 short city blocks away, or you can walk to the Midway museum and the harbour cruises in 5 minutes.

3. but how many hotels of this caliber dont have them in a big city??? I thought the perks outweighed the fees: free breakfast and free happy hour drinks and snacks.

4. The hotel suited our needs: big two rooms suite so no one had to share a bed (we have teenagers and a a toddler) and right on the edge of downtown and the SD bay activities.
