8. Nothing fancy, but then again, when you are in San Diego Pacific Beach, you really don`t care much about things like curtain pattern, or not-new carpets.

9. The main problem with this hotel for about the last year and a half is the construction of the new lifeguard tower right at the end of the street that the hotel is situated on.
