1. the place is near sea world which is very convenient also near garnett st where there was a lot of restaurants you can eat.

2. OPI is also close to a grocery store, pharmacy, convenient store, and many yummy restaurants.

3. We parked in a private parking garage under the hotel for around $10 a day, which was convenient and no worries about the vehicle, and no hassle looking for parking & hauling things to a beach if you stay off-beach.

9. My only drawback was that you have to pay each day for the parking (it was convenient) and it was a bit of a walk to get to the beach front room we had from the elevator.
