2. The service upon entry was very good in that I given a nice welcome and smile but the hotel just did not measure up to other hotels that I often stay at in that it was not fresh and clean.

3. No matter how often I bothered Seth with my requests, he patiently fulfilled each one of them making me feel like a very welcome guest:) The swimming pools and Jacuzzi are nice; although we did need to hunt someone down to replenish the towels.
