1. Just as a final good bye gift from the reception, the morning of the departure, I received only page two of my final invoice under my door - I wonder what happened to page one? Once again I had to stop by the reception.

4. The service upon entry was very good in that I given a nice welcome and smile but the hotel just did not measure up to other hotels that I often stay at in that it was not fresh and clean.

8. Checked in sat afternoon with no problem, clerk at desk was extremely nice, and went the extra mile by making sure everything was good for my 8 month pregnant wife and I.
