5. positives:directly across the street from trolley station (paid $12 for a three day pass that got us unltd trolley & bus and we went all over), located in a nice quiet area, incredibly friendly and helpful staff (really made you feel like they cared about you & we felt very safe traveling; as a group of girls that meant a lot), great breakfast and evening reception for executive level guests (totally worth springing for), spacious room, very comfortable beds, free shuttle pick-up from airport, free wireless internetNegatives:not enough outlets in the bathroom/coffee counter area (had to use an extension cord), no hot water the first day (but was fixed quickly enough when we called the desk), cost is $10 to ride shuttle back to airport (cheaper if there are 4 to split a cab--and they actually got us a towncar for the same price), no fan in the bathroom, not very many towels/ no towel hooks/rack (we hung ours in the closet but housekeeping came quickly when called for more)The negatives are really pretty trifling.
