4. What put a sour taste in our mouth was their somewhat superior statements about how they were were glad it was not their 'fault,' (it was) and that they seemed more eager to shift 'blame' to the travel agent than to advocate for the customer.

5. -Room decor can best be described as retro '60's or retro '70's, or modern and spartan - taste is subjective, but I just don't care for that decor.
