3. The prompt, courteous and professional attentions at check in at the front desk, followed by a very good recommendation for lunch at a nearby authentic Mexican restaurant whilst waiting for our room to be readied for us (We had arrived several hours earlier than the official check in you see).

10. The check in process took less than 2 minutes overall I would say, the person at the counter was very courteous and efficient and I received the King Non-Smoking room I had requested.
