1. The bathroom was clean and there was an assortment of lovely smelling toiletries, plus Grand Hyatt toothpaste.

Do not be fooled into thinking that it is so close to the conference center that it is worth while - the Marriott is across the street if you must go with a name brand, and there are many lovely boutique hotels along the riverwalk which are close and will make your San Antonio experience so much better.

4. love the location~on the Riverwalk~lots of restaurants~1 block to Macy's~what more could I need? #1 Very nice staff at Hotel, was upgraded to a nicer room (thanks to my e-standby upgrade) #2 buffet breakfast was good & fast, (it is on lower lever) & #3 our convention went very smoothly.
