6. I am do happy I stayed here over the Christmas weekend- the hotel is of excellent standards, a great location, and staff were pretty helpful with all kinds of things.

8. I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but I know with reviews you can't make everyone happy so we stayed at the Grand Hyatt anyway.

10. After the surprise luncheon, she contacted me to inquire how everything went - I was overwhelmed with her attentiveness and genuine concern for our overall happiness with our experience at the Grand Hyatt and in San Antonio.
