1. We parked across street because Hyatt likes to charge $25 for overnight parking.

2. When I mentioned the noise level to the front desk, the young staff simply ignored my comments and said the hotel was fully booked and would I like to see if another hotel had any available rooms.

Downstairs on the Riverwalk with outdoor seating was an excellent restaurant with generous and varied breakfast and lunch buffet($16)We usually don't eat in hotel restaurants but had 4 meals here; partly because we are health concious and liked the steel cut oatmeal, berries, vegan/vegetarian options.

4. The hotel has 19 floors on a bank of 6 elevators and after a busy weekend everyone was trying to check out at once and each floor had people waiting to get on the elevator and the valet line was backed up so much though that most likely took people an hour to get their car.

10. I had to stay at this hotel for a professionnel 5 days stay in march 2012, the facility was ok but nothng compare to other hotels of that level, it is overated by far,,,The room cleanliness was average, bathroom like in a 2 or 3 star facility, HIFI overpriced but streaming was good.
