4. The bed by the way, was something I've never experienced before--a sort of cloud 9 down softness but with the required support deep down underneath; very sumptuous indeed.

5. My only issues were a bed that I thought was too soft (I prefer a firm mattress) that had a pronounced dip on my side (My wife's side was fine).

What I noticed most about the room was the lack of outside noise, and the coolest thing about the room was definitely the 'Bed Menu' - It was a card with a selection of different pillows (soft to firm and different shapes) and blanket types that you could select from and the cleaning staff would make up you bed based on your selections.
