Not only were we treated wonderfully, not only did someone offer to get us ice when we couldn't find the machine, not only did we get wine after we checked out - BUT - - we had a delicious piece of this amazing, melt in your mouth, chocolate decadence waiting in our room so that my husband could start his celebration off immediately.
