1. From the moment, I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly doormen, then expertly taken care of by the front desk personnel, then arrived in a wonderfully pleasant/nicely decorated room.

2. When we first pulled up the Portland Trail Blazers were about to check in, but the staff was so kind to us and we were able to get everything taken care of before they even got off of the bus.

3. The thing that is so special about it was the feeling that you were coming home when you arrived and the extreme care that was taken to make sure your stay was not only comfortable but individualized to the guest's needs.
