6. The staff was super-helpful, gave us a free (unrequested) room upgrade to a roomy suite, had treats for the kids like a fishbowl with goldfish and chocolate eggs (it was Easter weekend), and generally did all the things like you'd ask from a really good hotel.

10. Parking was valet only at $30/night which we thought steep but always found a spot on the street out front for a fraction of the cost during the day and free overnight so we did that.
