3. I was horrified and spoke to the Manager on upon checkout but he could not have cared less and even denied that it could have been bedbugs .

9. The rooms are spacious and having a kitchen with refrigerator/ plates/utensils/glasses was a big plus (a quick run to Whole Foods in the Pearl took care of all our snack needs) and allowed us to put together impromptu picnics.
