1. Though our room faced the street on which the city tram operates, there was no perceivable noise.

Likes--Room was very clean and spacious (included a kitchenette)-Free parking-Street car stop within steps of the front door-Walking distance to lots of food and drinking establishments (Check out Saint Honore French bakery)-Quiet rooms - Didn't hear a lot of road noise or noise from other guests-Free Wi-FiDislikes--Breakfast was nothing special.

8. The only negative is noise factor from room upstairs - we could hear someone walking around at all hours, so ask for a room on the third floor so you'll have nobody above you.
