2. The jars of candy (salt water taffy and Starbursts) in the lobby were a HUGE hit with our children (all 5 of them) and it made us look forward to returning to our hotel for a sweet snack after exploring beautiful Portland.

7. The Nob Hill area is just beautiful with lots of shops and restaurants, but also reasonably close to many of the city family attractions (zoo, Children`s museums, Jamieson Square, etc.
