1. The manager's first response is 'they weren't serving' as if I were seeking sushi after hours and the chef was in the right.

6. When checking out, I mentioned that our stay had been rather unpleasant and that the hotel seemed drastically understaffed - the hotel response? No apologies, no attempt to correct the situation, just a 'Yeah, we really are.

8. My thought was that Marriott mamagement was insensitive and thoughtless by not accepting any responsibility for the mishap as they were paid by Priceline for a service that was not provided albeit 'no show'.
