3. It was hosting a convention or two when I arrived and it seemed over a hundred name-tagged guests were milling around the lobby but the receptionist promptly checked me in.

9. Our check in was very early in the day (about 10AM) but the front desk was still able to check us into a great room and the gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name was K Mar) was very prompt, courteous and helpful.
