6. The bell staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the person who helped me (I believe his name was Ira?) was cheerful, and clearly very proud of the facility: an excellent hotel ambassador for this property.

7. Staff was by far the worst it took 30 min + to get extra towels & wash clothes, the manager on Sat morning was rude and unwilling to help with my problem he needs to step down & be a bellman instead.

9. There were some families there, but as I have found so often with hotels attached to conference centers, they lack the friendly, happy to help you attitude I seek when I am on vacation.
