5. At this point of the evening I did not want my bed changed but just some fresh towels to which she replied 'I see you are on a friend/family rate'-as if that has anything tomdo with my room not being cleaned-I will never stay here and I now know why I usually don't stay at Marriott hotels-.

6. At the end of the day our room was not made up and when I called about receiving fresh towels the manager gave excuses instead of just taking care of helping me.

7. Each morning I asked for a large orange juice (which was fresh and excellent) and each morning I was given the small one when I saw people next to me with a big one.
