1. I was in one of the newly renovated rooms in the tower connected to the Convention Center, and it was absolutely huge - the room was bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows and very clean.

6. I have been to several 'upper end' hotels and this had by far the worst selection of pillows, two that are too huge to sleep on (plus they are squares) and two that aren't even regular size and were as flat as pancakes.
