1. There are a lot better hotels in the downtown center city of Philadelphia area, including the Loews right across the road, the Doubletree on Broad St (way better) the Hyatt at Bellevue, all a preferred hotel for me.

3. To make a long story short I only stayed here because of the discounted rate I usually stay across the street at the Lowes where I get much better service, respect & a much finer room and dinning option.
