There were 2 moments of truth for me at which the experience fell short of what I expected:(1) the keycard system for the gym failed to work 2 days in a row; on both occasions staff were slow to acknowledge the issue and then slow to arrive on the scene to help, resulting in a substantial queue forming; not what you want when you've got out of bed early to exercise; there was no sign of anyone fixing the problem(2) during a conference call using the portable handset in the room, the phone battery died after about 20 minutes, in a slow and noisy way, which was annoying as I was trying to pack at the same timeOn balance the above left a poor taste with me and I won't choose to return here.
