1. The spa was nice perhaps a little remodel but nothing outstanding, gym was new and clean, bathroom was nice a little cramped in locker area.

4. The rooms are nice, as you would expect - not new and contemporary, but comfortable and the bathroom this time was nice and large.

Many changes have been made since the new ownership (not in the favor of a guest) Below are just a few points regarding my stay:-Limited bar (only offers one type of lower end vodka)-Very poor food presentations-Staff asking your name and check in date upon walking into the club lounge-Bed linen now polyester -Used soap bar in bathroom upon check in-Charge for hotel internet (not included in club level ).

10. From the door men, who were wonderful- to Kylie at the front desk, and our new friend Susan who made us so welcome in the lobby while we were waiting for my nephew to arrive.
