5. The lobby bar staff were again welcoming and friendly and just generally the staff around the hotel (in particular Bill the shoe shine guy) were ready to help with your every need, even if you didn't need it.

7. It's not on the same level as resort-type Ritz Carltons, but it generally met my expectations for a Ritz Carlton located in a downtown area.
