2. Location of this hotel at 13th and Locust is perfect and lots of great little restaurants (Barbuzzo, Jamonera, The Corner, El Vez, etc) nearby (especially on 13th Street).

4. We were greeted very pleasantly by the woman at the front desk who was great with our kids and very helpful both with directions and with getting our 19 year old connected to the complimentary wifi when she had a problem.

8. We selected this hotel because of the great reviews and the easy access to the Broad Street South Subway station (that's what we needed to get to the arena, which is at the southern end of Philly).
