1. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend, so the hotel worked with me checking in early, setting up the room for my specific requests, and was so accommodating during our stay.

9. We had actually flown in from the west coast on a red eye the night before, and so were pretty tired by that afternoon; however, the staff were very accommodating in trying to the get the room ready to check in a little early.
