1. I mean honestly, who doesn't want a freshly brewed cup of java to enjoy with his buttery, flakey croissant? Understand that these exciting perks are ONLY surpassed by the friendly and efficient attention you will receive from a management team and staff that is second to none.

6. Further evidence that the hotel is running on a corporate mentality comes in a slight lack of attention to detail - not enough lighting in the rooms, as has been mentioned, and odd placement of light switches, cupboard doors that came off etc.

7. This wasn't an issue for us at all, and the staff we did speak to at the front desk were helpful, but it is not a place you'd go for attentive service.
