4. When I bring my family he kindly surprises my kids with candies and soft drinks in the room as well as complimentary passses for the games on the television.

5. This was longer if you ordered two beers and a soft drink as the staff member would have to take the drink to the table as they were not allowed to be seen to serve more then two dinks per person, even soft drinks.

8. The bed was extremely comfortable, not too hard or soft, and it's nice to have the living room between you and the hotel hallway because it reduces the noise.

9. The Managers Reception was a lovely added extra to the stay and it was so brilliant to be given something for free these days, I thoroughly enjoyed trying the different cocktails on offer whilst my husband chilled with a beer and his daughter quenched her thirst on soft drinks.

10. but staff was very nice, and helpful, they made up for the fact that the hotel wasn't in the best condition, during breakfast there was usually a shortage of spoons, and the staff didn't come by fast enough to take the old plates, bed was horrible way too soft.
