1. I emailed the hotel manager before our arrival just to ask for a suite on a high floor away from the lifts(for reasons already covered by other Reviewers) and also mentioned we were going to be celebrating my birthday.

5. We rang reception twice before our luggage finally arrived and we were told that the reason for the delay was that the bags were put into a room with guests who had the same surname.

6. Another one of the reasons we booked the Embassy is that we had stayed at the one at Miami airport in 2009 and were impressed.

7. Also, it was quite off putting to use the sauna only to see kids in there (which is a big no no for health reasons) eating food?Breakfast - Yes it's included in the price but its nothing special.
