8. i had a small proplem with a member of staff and John Parkison had it sorted and he listened and was very professional,i would recommend this hotel to anyone,yes like many hotels that see thousands through it's doors,it could do with some tlc in places ,but from the brekkie to the managers special ,all good,thanks for a wonderful stay .
