1. We were on our honeymoon and had contacted the manager prior to our stay to make some requests about rooms and all requests were met John was very helpful and also arranged for champagne and chocolate strawberries to be delivered to our room which was lovely.

3. The facilities at the hotel are as you would expect and have been covered by other Reviewers but it is the staff at the Embassy Suites that really make the difference ( and are why we would choose to go back to this hotel) as they are all so thoughtful, polite and helpful.

4. The front desk staff were very accomodating, the bellman actually rode the elevator to my room to help me with the keycard, and the banquet staff, banquet manager and Food & Beverage Director were all great.

6. Rooms are spacious and clean, pools are nicely maintained, staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is more than you could ever wish for.
