1. We contacted engineering and although they were very responsive, it was inconvienient to have to 'run 3 of the sinks for 10 minutes or so' to 'prime the lines'.

3. I asked said person and the response I received was ' I am too busy too help you right now if you can come back in 20 minutes you can have the cart' So needless to say I made several trips up and down to get our luggage.

5. Once we had booked the hotel I emailed the hotel to see if it was possible to get a room overlooking International Drive, very promptly I got a response saying that wouldn't be a problem and my request would be met.
