1. Every day new towels and on the day when we forgot we left our 'Do not disturb' sign on the door, and we were worried we'd have wet towels to dry ourselves with, the housekeepers had left a bag of fresh towels for us outside our door.

9. What really disappointed me was no one ever came near us again to see if the new room was okay or even a note in the door to wish us a pleasant stay for the remainder of our time in the hotel.
