1. The security guy did call Disney and arrange for replacements (not at cost of hotel, we were able to cancel the others thankfully), so this was nice, but otherwise the situation was horrible and caused a big inconvenience.

2. When we reported the tickets stolen the security guy mad it clear that we must have lost them as the maid cleaning our room is long serving and they have never had problems with her before.

3. The main reason for a poor rating it that our Disney tickets were stolen from our room and the head of security made it clear he didn't believe us.

6. There is a security guy in the lobby/by the front door so I don't know if they have people trying to sneak in, you need keycard access to your floor from the elevator.

7. - Room had 2 large queen beds with what I would consider 'old' blankets and pillows and not in line with the comfortable beds and pillows at most Sheratons I stay at (more than 200 nights a year all over the world)- Closet is tiny with a cheap rickety folding door and sufficient for 1 person only- security locker is small but sufficient, big enough for my macbook air- Parking is not a problem- I did not have breakfast or any food at the hotel so no comments on that- Check out was fine and friendly- Wireless was generally poor even with the upgraded speed - not sufficient for video call- This is another hotel with the coffee maker in the washroom - this is a disgusting practice by many Sheraton hotels worldwide.

8. The other staff member who stood out for us was Ron, concierge/security, what a friendly man every morning we got a cheerful greeting from him plus a weather forecast for the day and he was a fount of knowledge.

10. Ron(the bellman) was particularly helpful securing us a cab that was much cheaper and on time than the rest on a busy new years Eve.
