1. As I say the staff were very pleasant and the location ideal so for these reasons we would consider returning but some small changes could do all the difference to make the experience in the hotel much better.

3. The main reason for a poor rating it that our Disney tickets were stolen from our room and the head of security made it clear he didn't believe us.

5. The property itself--rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, flat screen TV (and my reason for the loss of the 1/2 star--i was unable to switch the TV to hdmi mode due to the lock the tv has) but plenty of stations.

8. There were a couple of areas which could need improving, several times housekeeping failed to leave tea/coffee and once no towels at all but this was rectified immediately we contacted reception and although the shuttle to the parks was very useful for some reason they took everyone to Epcot instead of the usual drop off point of the Disney Transport and Ticket centre and the last return time was very inconvenient being at 9.

10. We walked over twice daily, to enjoy parks by day and CityWalk at night, (5) Room was very quiet - I was concerned about this after having read some reviews, but we did not have a room with an adjoining door so perhaps that's the reason we lucked out, (6) Views were great from our 16th floor room.
