1. I was reluctant to take one and informed the concierge that it would be cheaper to ring one, however, he insisted that the price was the same and pursuaded us to use the hotel one and this was 10 dollars more than yellow cab to get to disney.

7. we got offered cheaper tickets to Disney at the hotel reception if we went to the sister hotel for a presentation which was a timeshare - dont do it.
