1. On the positive side as Starwood Gold members we were upgraded to a spacious room on the top floor which would have been a real bonus if it had been cleaned.

On another less positive note, the lifts breakdown a lot, we were stuck in them a lot, and there was a flood that damaged a lot of our personal things although the staff new about the water pouring into our rooms on the 14 floor they had put buckets in to collect this they made no move to contact us or remove our personal pissesions out the way.

Rooms and hotel were extremely clean which was a very positive part of our holiday plenty of towels and hot water, staff where exceptionally helpful and always went out of there way to wish you a good morning and welcome you back they are a great source of advice and helpful tips to get the best from Florida.

6. It is situated in the perfect position on international drive as you are at walking distance from wet and wild and from hundreds of resturants.
