1. And the ac in our room broke once, but they rushed up and put a new unit in at 10 pm.

4. The only downside to the Holiday is we flew out in one of Virgin's new Planes and came back in a very old Jumbo Jet - flying on the back of Dumbo would have been more comfortable.

6. Ron(the bellman) was particularly helpful securing us a cab that was much cheaper and on time than the rest on a busy new years Eve.

On another less positive note, the lifts breakdown a lot, we were stuck in them a lot, and there was a flood that damaged a lot of our personal things although the staff new about the water pouring into our rooms on the 14 floor they had put buckets in to collect this they made no move to contact us or remove our personal pissesions out the way.
