1. When we arrived we were greeted like old friends and given lots of really helpful information.

2. On top of this, after reporting the tickets stolen we had to put up with nasty looks and feelings from some of the staff (weather they are usually like this or not I don't know).

7. The hotel like most others arranged free buses to all the theme parks throughout the day which was ideal.

9. 'don't worry honey, that's not a machine gun, its just the ice machine' Now if you are going to universal like we were then the location is great.

10. It also didn't help that the ice machine was directly in front of our room so it sounded like 'call of duty' when someone was getting ice out.
