3. Whilst I accept the complex managers are not responsible for a minority of noisy guests who had no thought for other guests, the layout of our apartment was such that the window for the master bedroom looked out onto the landing for one of the main staircases, which is simply poor design.

5. All that was running through my mind was what if?? What if? And no one at Staybridge seemed to take this at all seriously or to accept any responsibility for it.

7. Some nights seemed as if the responsible parents were no where to be found and the on-grounds security, apparently not proactive in keeping the evening/over night hours quiet.

8. My only gripe would be about the front desk staff who we found not very helpful,if we asked how to get to certain places ,every time bar none,there response was to get a cab.

10. I complained to hotel management again, wasn`t expecting a warm response but to my surprise they were very helpful and gave me room keys to 3 other suites located on different levels of the hotel and said I could pick whichever I was most comfortable with after I had looked through them.
