1. I have made this sound so terrible, but there are some pluses, the location is brilliant, with good restaurants locally, and easy to get to the theme parks.

3. With the help of our brilliant travel agent and resort rep we were promptly moved to Staybridge Suites (had to pay extra, but hoping can re coup some of this.

4. Our holiday rep was brilliant and did everything he could to try to resolve things, but the staff at the complex were not willing to do anything to help unless we paid the extra, despite us being assured we would get the type of apartment required prior to departure.

8. The location in my opinion is brilliant as you are right in the middle of international drive, the I-trolley bus service picks you up right outside the hotel and is so cheap.
