10. Stayed here Aug/Sept 2011 for two weeks,this was a our 4th year here, as usual the staff,surroundings and hotel were excellent, we did have a couple of small niggles with the room when we arrived but they were rectified immediately when we reported them, the only other problem we had was the confusion with the no smoking policy which was unclear and flouted by some guests by smoking at the pool.
