1. A former Wyndham hotel apparently, newly acquired by current owners.

My kids, Rachel & Fiona, adopted a new Granny & Grandad in the shape of the Hotels affilited Taxi/Lincoln drivers IIlay & Ruba, who couldn't do enough for us,IIlay even got out of his bed one night to rescue us getting back from Magic Kingdom after the light parade & fireworks, which was horrendous with crowds, meaning we missed our shuttle back to hotel.

9. As a seasoned traveller, this has to be by far the second worst hotel I have stayed in, the first slot goes to one hotel in new York.

10. On going to reception I was greeted by one of the most helpful receptioiists I have met in along time called Janel, who was more than helpful, very friendly and saw that we got a new suite with three beds.
