5. The shuttle service to Universal studios didn't seem to be ready to accommodate larger groups of people but we were so impressed with how quickly the staff worked to remedy the situation (shuttle bus broke down one morning) and we still made it to Universal studios with the full day ahead of us.

6. 4 adults stayed at the Staybridge in a 2 bedroom suite for a 2 week stay, first impressions were good, very speedy check in with a map guiding us to our room given which was then easy to find.

7. While I was initally taken aback at the first impression of the Staybridge, on reflection it was exactly what was needed - not over fussy, great location, clean and unintrusive with helpful staff,.
