4. Whilst I accept the complex managers are not responsible for a minority of noisy guests who had no thought for other guests, the layout of our apartment was such that the window for the master bedroom looked out onto the landing for one of the main staircases, which is simply poor design.

6. All that was running through my mind was what if?? What if? And no one at Staybridge seemed to take this at all seriously or to accept any responsibility for it.
