5. The beds were pretty hard (my wife and I are very picky about mattresses, so this was just our opinion), however the frame of the bed creaked very loud every time we shifted positions.

This is a Hotel for a weekend stays only (quick guest turnaround) and we can see why reviews are positive if you have only stayed a few days, your not there long enough to find it's flaws, it's no good just parking flashy cars outside trying to impress if you can't deliver proper care to your guests.
