1. After check-in, the front desk called and asked if we were happy with the room location and balcony.

4. On th down side when we got there our room was not ready, we did however get an upgraded room and were quite happy.

5. The atmosphere transforms you away, so that you feel like you traveled further than Orlando, but you are right at Universal, so the kids were so happy too.

6. We have had some bad service lately so I was happy to find such nice people to interact with at the front desk, pool, store, restaurant or wherever we went in the hotel.
